Ambassador Program Terms
In short
- The Ambassador Program lets you earn rewards by inviting others to discover Vector.
- Each signup validated by real activity gives you Ambassador Credits in a secondary balance that does not expire while your Account is active.
- These credits serve two purposes: (i) as standard AI credits, deducted automatically once your monthly allowance is used up; or (ii) saved toward a reward from the exchange catalogue (skins, a free month of a higher plan, an extra AI employee).
- If your Referee then subscribes to a paid plan and keeps it beyond 14 days, you also receive a free month of the Accélération plan, applied automatically to your next cycle.
- Your Referees enjoy an extended trial of 21 days on the Accélération plan (instead of 14) and receive 200 Ambassador Credits if they subscribe to a paid plan during that period.
This document sets out the Program rules in detail. It forms an integral part of the Vector Terms of Use (Section 9).
1. Definitions
Terms defined in the Terms of Use keep their meaning. The following terms have the meaning assigned below:
- “Ambassador”: a Vector User who invites others to discover the Service via their personal link or unique referral code.
- “Referee”: a person who signs up to Vector via an Ambassador's link or code.
- “Ambassador Credits”: AI credits granted to the Ambassador or Referee as a reward, held in the secondary balance provided for in the Terms of Use.
- “Activation”: Vector's confirmation that the Referee is genuinely using the Service, per the criteria in Section 4.
- “Conversion”: the Referee's subscription to a paid Plan, together with the lapse of the 14-day refund period under Section 8 of the Terms of Use.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Any User with an active Account may take part in the Ambassador Program, regardless of Plan (Fondation, Accélération, Délégation or Propulsion).
2.2 A personal referral code and a unique link are generated automatically when each Account is created and are available in the Ambassador Dashboard within the Application.
2.3 A User may not refer themselves, nor use a referral code to obtain a benefit on an Account they control directly or indirectly.
3. Rewards for the Referee
3.1 Extended trial. Any Referee who signs up via an Ambassador's link gets 21 days of free access to the Accélération plan, instead of the standard 14 days (Section 6 of the Terms of Use). No payment method is required for this extended trial.
3.2 Immediate-subscription bonus. If the Referee adds a payment method and subscribes to a paid Plan during their 21-day trial, they also receive 200 Ambassador Credits deposited directly into their secondary balance at the time of subscription.
3.3 End of the trial. If the Referee has not subscribed to a paid Plan after 21 days, their Account switches to the Fondation plan (Section 6 of the Terms of Use). Any Ambassador Credits they may have received on activation (if they were themselves an Ambassador) remain in their secondary balance.
4. Rewards for the Ambassador
The Ambassador receives rewards in two successive stages, at different times and under distinct conditions.
4.1 First stage — Activation of the Referee
4.1.1 Definition of Activation. The Referee is deemed “activated” when they meet either of the following two criteria, the first one reached triggering the reward:
- Criterion a (immediate subscription): the Referee adds a payment method and subscribes to a paid Plan at any time during their 21-day trial. Activation is confirmed immediately.
- Criterion b (real activity): during the 21-day trial, the Referee accumulates at least 7 days of significant activity over a rolling 14-day window. A daily cron evaluates this criterion; on the first day it is met, Activation is confirmed.
4.1.2 Day of significant activity. A day counts as significant activity if the Referee logged in that day and performed at least one planning action (creating or editing a task, conversing with an AI Agent, moving an item on the calendar, completing a task, or another documented management action). A login with no action does not count.
4.1.3 Activation reward. Upon Activation, Vector grants the Ambassador an amount of Ambassador Credits determined by the Ambassador's own Plan at the time of grant:

These Ambassador Credits are deposited into the Ambassador's secondary balance and follow the rules in Sections 6 and 7.
4.1.4 Activation window limit. If no Activation is observed by the end of the Referee's 21-day trial, the referral is closed with no credit to the Ambassador. No notice of non-activation is sent.
4.2 Second stage — Conversion of the Referee
4.2.1 Definition of Conversion. Conversion is validated when both of the following are met at once: the Referee has subscribed to a paid Plan; and the 14-day period following the initial purchase date (Section 8 of the Terms of Use) has lapsed with no refund request.
4.2.2 Reward window. To qualify for the Conversion reward, the Referee's subscription must occur within 90 days of their Activation date. Beyond that, any Conversion no longer generates a reward for the Ambassador, who nonetheless keeps the Ambassador Credits already received on Activation.
4.2.3 Conversion reward. Upon confirmation of Conversion within the window, Vector grants the Ambassador one (1) free month of Accélération access, applied automatically to their next billing cycle (Section 7.3).
4.2.4 Combination with the first stage. The Conversion reward is added to the Ambassador Credits already received on Activation. For a converted Referee, the Ambassador therefore receives both the Ambassador Credits (stage 1) and the Accélération month (stage 2).
5. Caps
5.1 In its current version, the Program has no annual cap on the number of eligible referrals, Accélération months earned or Ambassador Credits accumulated.
5.2 Vector reserves the right to introduce caps, tiers or reward modulations where abusive usage patterns or economic constraints warrant it. Any cap is introduced with reasonable notice and applies only to referrals made after it takes effect.
6. Ambassador Credits — rules of use
6.1 Dual use. Ambassador Credits serve two purposes: (i) as standard AI credits, usable exactly like the monthly credits included in your Plan, to extend your use of Vector beyond your allowance without buying more; (ii) as catalogue exchange currency (Section 8). You choose: spend them as you go, or keep them to aim for a reward.
6.2 Secondary balance. Ambassador Credits are stored in a secondary balance separate from your monthly allowance; they are not reset each cycle.
6.3 Default consumption order. When you use an AI feature, credits are drawn in this order: (i) your Plan's monthly allowance; (ii) promotional credits; (iii) purchased credits; (iv) Ambassador Credits last. As long as your monthly allowance is not exhausted, your Ambassador Credits are never touched.
6.4 Strict-accumulation option. In the Ambassador Dashboard you can enable an option that blocks the use of your Ambassador Credits, even once all other credits are exhausted, until you disable it or until your next cycle.
6.5 Non-convertibility. Ambassador Credits are not convertible to cash, not transferable to another Account, and not refundable.
7. Expiry and retention
7.1 No expiry while your Account is active. Your Ambassador Credits do not expire while your Account remains active.
7.2 Expiry on termination. If your Account is terminated (by you or under Sections 13 and 13.4 of the Terms of Use), unused Ambassador Credits are permanently lost.
7.3 Free Accélération months — automatic application. The Accélération month earned on a Referee's Conversion applies automatically to your next billing cycle, with no action on your part:
- Fondation plan: your next cycle becomes a free Accélération cycle (Accélération allowance and features). The following cycle, you automatically return to Fondation.
- Paid Accélération plan: your next cycle is not charged (no Paddle debit). The following cycle, normal billing resumes.
- Higher plan (Délégation, Propulsion): the free month is applied as a discount equal to the Accélération monthly price on your next cycle. You keep your higher plan.
7.4 Several months pending. If several apply, the Accélération months are applied sequentially, one per cycle, in the order earned.
7.5 Retention. Earned Accélération months stay attached to your Account while it is active and are lost if the Account is terminated before their automatic application.
8. Ambassador exchange catalogue
8.1 Principle. You can exchange your accumulated Ambassador Credits for rewards from the catalogue, available in the Ambassador Dashboard.
8.2 Current catalogue.

8.3 Free-month rule — higher-plan discovery. Catalogue free months may be exchanged only toward a Plan higher than the Ambassador's current Plan, to encourage discovery of the higher plans.
8.4 Automatic application of exchanged months. An exchanged free month applies automatically to your next cycle, per Section 7.3. Successive exchanges apply sequentially, one per cycle.
8.5 Extra AI employee — terms. The extra AI employee raises the maximum number of simultaneously active AI employees to 3 (instead of 2 on Délégation). It is granted for life while your Délégation subscription remains active. On a move to Propulsion (unlimited employees) it has no practical effect but stays attached to your Account; on a downgrade below Délégation it is suspended until you return to Délégation or higher. AI usage by this 3rd employee is billed normally against your Plan's credit allowance.
8.6 Catalogue changes. Vector may change the catalogue (adding or removing rewards, adjusting costs), subject to preserving rewards already obtained. Any removal of a reward is preceded by 30 days' notice during which accumulated Credits may still be exchanged for that reward.
9. Ambassador Dashboard
9.1 Access. A dedicated Ambassador Dashboard is available in the Application to view and manage your participation.
9.2 Features. The Dashboard offers at minimum: your referral code and unique link; the list of your invitations with their status (link clicked, signed up, trial, activated, converted, ended without follow-through); your Ambassador Credits balance; your balance of pending Accélération months; the history of your earnings and consumption; the catalogue filtered by your balance and Plan; the strict-accumulation option (Section 6.4).
10. Anti-fraud safeguards
10.1 Layered mechanisms. Vector applies several cumulative safeguards: one email per Account; the rolling 14-day Activation window (Section 4.1.1); a cap of two (2) Accounts referred from the same IP address over a rolling 30-day window (beyond which the code is ignored and the Referee gets a standard 14-day trial with no Program participation); and the Conversion condition beyond the 14-day refund period, which makes fraud through fake paid Accounts economically unprofitable. To enforce the IP cap without keeping addresses in clear text, Vector uses rotating salted hashing: only a hash of the IP address combined with a daily salt is stored, salts older than 30 days are deleted, making the hashes irreversible (Section 7.3 of the Privacy Policy).
10.2 Measures on detected fraud. In case of proven or attempted fraud: the referrals concerned are cancelled without notice; Credits or months obtained fraudulently are withdrawn; the Account may be suspended or terminated (Section 13 of the Terms of Use).
10.3 Appeal. If you believe a decision was made wrongly about you, write to [email protected] from the email associated with your Account. A manual review is carried out within a reasonable time.
11. Program changes
11.1 Vector may evolve the Program terms (rewards, caps, Activation mechanics, catalogue) at any time; any change takes effect on the date stated in the notice and does not affect rewards already granted.
11.2 Notice. Any substantial change unfavourable to Ambassadors is preceded by at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app notification; prior rules apply during that notice.
11.3 Suspension or termination. Vector may suspend or end the Program at any time, subject to preserving Ambassador Credits and Accélération months already granted, which remain usable until fully consumed or until the Account is terminated.
12. Sharing referrals
12.1 Good practices. You agree to share your link honestly, without deception and in line with applicable laws. You must not: send your link to people who have shown no prior interest (no spam); falsely present yourself as a representative or employee of Vector; or promise benefits the Program does not actually provide.
12.2 Advertising compliance. If you promote Vector in a commercial or paid context (blog, sponsored video, marketing email), you must comply with the disclosure obligations under applicable advertising laws.
13. Governing law
This document is governed by the laws in force in the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, in accordance with Section 24 of the Terms of Use.
