The automatic engine
Vector's foundation runs on its own, on Foundation as on Acceleration. Nothing to configure: you add your tasks and your availability, the engine handles the rest.
Automatic calendar planning
Your tasks find their place in the week, around whatever's already on your calendar.
Estimation & prioritization
Order follows your deadlines. Urgent stops eating important.
Availability management
Set your working hours, which project they go to, and your unavailability: recurring, one-off, or full days.
Unlimited structure
Categories, tasks and subtasks (levels 2 and 3) with no limit.
Task duration forecasting
Each task gets a realistic duration, not an optimistic guess.
Learning your real durations
Every completed task teaches Vector your real pace. Its estimates stop being generic: they become yours, and sharpen as you go.
Description, notes & documents
All of a task's information in one place, available anytime.
Recurring tasks
The anti-forgetting promise: what comes back comes back on its own, without a thought.
Active projects
Up to 2 projects at once on Foundation. Unlimited from Acceleration.
Your views, your control
The same reality from the angle that helps you: three distinct views, your today list, and what you need to steer from above.
List view
All your tasks by project and category, filterable and sortable however you like. This view holds all their details.
Gantt view
See your cascading dependencies and your project's critical path. Move a task or change its duration, and all its dependencies follow.
Calendar view
Your visual agenda. Vector slots your tasks in automatically; you always keep control to move or adjust as you wish.
Today list
A concise checklist of what to get done today. Watch your day progress, one task at a time.
Archives
Find all your conversations with Arthur and your archived projects.
Health indicator
The state of your week and your projects at a glance, no digging.
Focus mode
The noise fades, only what's happening now remains.
Dashboard
Velocity, projected finish, available capacity: the control deck.
Reports
What's progressed, what's coming, ready to present or archive.
Capture without friction
Bring your tasks in from wherever they come, without retyping them.
Brain Dump
Empty your head all at once. Arthur then sorts, estimates and files everything, then shows you the result before moving anything.
Extraction from an email or text
Paste an email, a meeting recap, some notes: Arthur pulls out the tasks, the deadlines and the right project.
Mobile app
Capture a task wherever it hits you: in bed at 11 p.m., walking out of a client meeting, at the grocery store. It's in Vector before you forget it.
Outlook & Gmail integration
Your calendars connected to Vector, to plan around what's already there.
Scan of your AI conversations (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Vector picks up the tasks decided across your exchanges with an external AI, no copy-paste.
Arthur plans for you
On demand, in one sentence, like a real Chief Planning Officer. These functions run on AI credits: Acceleration includes 100 per month, and the most powerful ones (full project, revision, emergencies) are reserved for it. On Foundation, you activate the essentials with credit packs.
Building a complete project
Describe a broad idea; Arthur turns it into a structured, step-by-step plan that sharpens over the weeks.
Planning a segment
Have a specific part of an existing project planned, without touching the rest.
Breaking down a task
A mountain of a task? Arthur splits it into concrete, doable steps.
Feasibility check
"Realistic by Friday?" An honest, numbers-backed answer before you commit.
Integrating a constraint
A specific surprise lands? Arthur measures its cascading impact and adjusts, surgically.
Workload rebalancing
Your weeks smoothed toward your real capacity, without breaking your dependencies or fixed deadlines.
Revising an existing plan
Something changed? Arthur re-reads, and shows you what drops, what's added, what moves, and why.
Handling emergencies
When everything overflows, Arthur reorganizes without dropping anything and hands you back a day you can face.
Arthur watches over your projects
If Arthur says nothing, all is well. Otherwise, he warns you in time, and proposes the fix in one click.
Morning briefing
Every morning, you open your day already prepared and annotated: what to do, in what order, and why.
Weekly briefing
Your week at a glance. An overview on Foundation; an enriched strategic analysis on Acceleration.
Deadline & overload alerts
Compromised deadlines and overloaded weeks spotted up to 3 weeks ahead.
One-click alert resolution
Problem detected, solution applied in a single move.
Arthur's proactive involvement
He steps in on his own to set a drifting project straight, before it derails.
Zombie tasks
Arthur spots tasks that have lingered without activity for too long, and offers to revive, reschedule or close them.
Foundation vs Acceleration
Every detail, side by side. "Credits" = consumes AI credits (100/month included on Acceleration, via packs on Foundation).

Propulsion
AI employees that take over your recurring and tedious tasks, and reports with your own branding.
Frequently asked questions about features
Which Vector features are free?
The Foundation plan is free, forever. It includes Vector's automatic planning engine: calendar planning, forecasting and learning of real task durations, availability management, unlimited categories, tasks and subtasks, recurring tasks, plus the List, Gantt and Calendar views.
What consumes AI credits in Vector?
Arthur's intelligence features consume credits: building a complete project, planning a segment, breaking down a task, extracting tasks, feasibility checks, integrating a constraint and workload rebalancing. The Acceleration plan includes 100 credits per month; on any plan, you can add credit packs. The morning and weekly briefings are included without consuming credits.
Does Vector have a Gantt view?
Yes. Vector offers a Gantt view that shows the cascading dependencies and critical path of your project. When you move a task or change its duration, all its dependencies follow automatically. The Gantt view is available from the free Foundation plan.
What's the difference between Foundation and Acceleration?
Foundation (free) gives you the automatic planning engine and pay-as-you-go access to the essential AI features, paid with credits. Acceleration (US$35/month) adds Arthur's full strategic planning, unlimited projects, 100 AI credits included every month, the daily morning briefing, and the proactive watch that sets your projects straight before they derail.
Does Vector learn how long my tasks take?
Yes. As you complete your tasks, Vector learns your real pace. Its duration estimates stop being generic and become yours, sharpening over time.
Can Vector pull tasks from my emails or notes?
Yes. Paste an email, a meeting recap or some notes, and Arthur extracts the tasks, deadlines and the right project. Direct Outlook and Gmail calendar integration, along with scanning your conversations with an external AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), are coming soon.
Does Vector have a mobile app?
A mobile app is in development and coming soon. It will let you capture a task wherever it hits you: in bed at 11 p.m., walking out of a client meeting, or at the grocery store.
